    Good afternoon friends, I’m beginning to notice a pattern. I should be working, and instead I’m starting a post on almond flour. It helps clear my head. Because, if I have to write or read one more sentence about information technology contracts my brain might explode. And, full disclosure, I had to write that sentence twice because I couldn’t remember how to spell ‘explode’…. that’s what writing IT resumes does to me. So, a brain break is needed.     Melt in your mouth deliciousness…

    Hey friends, It’s 10:30 pm and everyone is in bed. I should be writing. Should be. But instead, I’m distracting myself with thoughts of buttery goodness melting in my mouth.
